HOW CRITICAL MINERAL RESOURCES ARE EXTRACTED IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, FROM UNSAFE COBALT MINES, BY FORCED LABOR AND MODERN SLAVES, OFTEN EXPLOITING CHILDS AND MINORS, IN VIOLATIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS LEGISLATION. THESE ARE GREVIOUS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS THAT ARE COMMITTED AGAINST THE POOR PEOPLE OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, THAT INDEED, HAS ITS NATURAL RESOURCES PLUNDERED, BY UNETHICAL AND CRIMINAL MULTINATIONALS AND INDUSTRIES THAT PRODUCE ELECTRIC VEHICLES AND SMARTPHONES AND ALL SORTS OF COMPONENTS, SUCH AS LITHIUM BATTERIES. HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS ARE EXTRACTED IN VALUE BY ENSLAVING ORDINARY PEOPLE AND UNDERAGE MINORS IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO TO MINE COBALT IN THE MOST UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS CONDITIONS, IN VIOLATIONS OF ALL HUMAN RIGHTS LEGISLATIONS. A TRUE AND TRUE CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY AND THE DIGNITY OF HUMAN BEINGS.
